In the area on a business trip and saw this place had good reviews. Wanted something different and needed to be relatively quick. I was impressed by this place. Service was fast, food was fantastic, and I'm not sure of the gentleman's name who helped me, but he was so polite and accommodating. If I'm ever back in the Cleveland area, this place will definitely be on the list to visit again. Great job

We made a stop on a cross country trip. Needing to find something grandkids would eat. We were very happy we stopped here. There was something for everyone and the portions were so generous we had to put left overs in our cooler because they were too good to throw away! The chicken strips were huge and the boys just devoured them. The turkey burger was delicious and my husband had the crispy chicken sandwich. Grilled cheese was a hit as well. The service was amazing. He made sure we had all the dressing and sauces we could have and brought extra for us to try. Very impressed. Not much seating but there was some outside seating that was great and comfortable!

I was driving through Ohio for the holiday and was passing Cleveland around lunchtime. I found PSG right off the highway and it hit the spot! I ordered a rolled pita with hummus and falafel and it was great! The atmosphere was very welcoming and clean and the counter staff was having a pleasant conversation with the customer ahead of me, so they must be a staple in the neighborhood. Great place to stop for lunch!

I absolutely love this place! Every time we order from them the food is fresh, piping hot and it never disappoints. I have never been much of a wrap person, but their wraps have made me a fan. Our latest experience I got the New Yorker (Sliced marinated char-grilled chicken breast, crisp bacon, melted Swiss, Dijon mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, layered in a grilled tomato basil wrap) and my friend got the Grilled Tuna Sandwich which she also said was great. I also want to mention the people who own it are always so nice. I am glad this place not only survived the pandemic, but is flourishing because we really need more local restaurants. Their French fries are also to die for. I wanted to add the one and only time I had an issue it was immediately addressed and not only that, but they took my suggestion and made sure the item is now made that way every single time it's made. Tonight I had the Greek Feta & Chicken Wrap and it was glorious.

First time customer. Wife in Hillcrest so needed something good-fast-cheap. Parkside EXCEEDED my expectations across the board. I want to rave about the double cheese burger - so delicious! And huge! Very friendly service/manager too! No, Im not a paid customer, just a picky food consumer knows knows good value when I see it. Besides, my wife is a great home cook and so that is the yardstick I use for comparison. I wish Parkside Grill much success!

Had the Bacon and Chicken ranch wrap combo. Very delicious. Crispy fries. Nice and hot. Friendly staff. Will definitely visit again ...

5/30/2025 Update I've attached a photo of Parkside's current Gyro Special - Gyro, fries and a fountain drink (not pictured). Absolutely delicious, fries are crispy. Also pictured is a new fruit cup that Parkside is selling (not listed on their online menu yet, only available in the store), for 5.99. This fruit cup is made with a variety of fruits and is delicious and worth the price. The fruit is very fresh and the fruit at the bottom of the cup is not mushy, like you'd see in other places. It contains very crisp sliced apple, cantaloupe, blue berries, strawberries, black berries and raspberries. There is a refrigerated display area where the fruit cups and other items are shown, when you walk in. Lots of good additions being made to the online menu and store. Stop by or order online, help support a great local business, with helpful and kind people who work there! I've been coming to the Mayfield Heights location for many years. I just wanted to say Parkside's new menu is great! They now offer rolled pitas and I recently had the beef kafta pita, it was delicious and very flavorful. I substituted humus instead of the tahani sauce and their humus is absolutely delicious The fries are crisp and not overly salty. There are still some of the prior menu items still available. Parkside added rice bowls and Mediterranean platters. That will bring in more customers looking for something more homemade. I ordered the chicken kabob platter and that was delicious. My review includes a picture of my kabob platter. The rice was flavorful and moist. I am giving the new menu options a 10 out of 10. There are even children's menu selections at a smaller size to please families with young children. The staff is friendly, the store and cooking area that you can see from the front counter is very clean and their menu prices are reasonably priced, for the amount of delicious food they serve. Come by and check out Mayfield Heights best to go spot for great food!
